All items which are returned providing there is no manufacturing flaw will be subject to a restocking charge of 15% + additional return postage, please email us prior to any return so that we communicate the instructions for our returns process with you.

All items of footwear and clothing are bought at the customers risk that the size is correct, and as a consequence any returns are to be paid for by the customer which also includes a restocking charge and return postage if a replacement is required
