Accuracy of Content
Although we endeavour to be accurate with all product details and prices, if a product or price is incorrect due to a typographical error we have the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your paypal account to the value of the original debit. We have made every effort to display the colours of our clothing ranges as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your screen will accurately render the exact shade of the product that is delivered to you.

Delivery
For UK orders a delivery charge will be applied and shown separately at the site checkout. For EU countries the delivery charge is £15.00. For the rest of the World, a £25.00 delivery charge will be added to your shopping basket. Goods are sent via courier or first class recorded mail.

There are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be more than 7 working days. If this problem arises, keltecfashions.co.uk will contact you to update you on the progress of your order. For embroidered items, please allow up-to 14 working days. You will be required to sign to acknowledge receipt of your order when it is delivered .

Non Delivery, Damage in Transit
Please note that we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges or expenses caused by any delay in delivering goods. In the unlikely event that your product appears lost or is damaged in transit please contact us immediately, you must keep the original packing in case you have any reason to return your purchase.

Product Guarantee
In the unlikely event that you experience any problems with any product supplied by keltecfashions.co.uk, you should email or telephone our help desk on 01752-837171. You can return any item of clothing for exchange or refund provided it is unused and returned in its original packaging and you have the Packing List documentation. This returns policy does not apply to altered, personalised or custom-made garments.

Cancellation of Order
You may return carriage paid any product to us within 7 days of receipt for a refund less original delivery cost and 20% handling fee providing it is unused and with its original packaging and providing our original invoice has been paid.

All returns must be authorised before despatch by sending an e-mail for authorisation we will issue a returns Authorisation number and address to return the product to.

Keltecfashions.co.uk cannot accept the return of any product or garment that has been embroidered with a logo or personalised in any other way.

Force Majeure
keltecfashions.co.uk will not be under any liability whatsoever in the event that keltecfashions.co.uk is prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any goods by any reason or cause beyond the control of keltecfashions.co.uk

Risk and Ownership
The risk in the goods passes to you when the goods are delivered to the delivery address. Ownership of goods remains with keltecfashions.co.uk until payment for the goods are received in full.

Complaints
We aim to provide a high standard of customer service. If however we do get it wrong we will do everything in our power to put it right! We will acknowledge any complaint submitted to us.
